You could say that this only occurs once in a Blue Moon – October has two full moons! The first, the Harvest Moon, was on October 1st. What is the name of the second one which will be on October 31st?
Hunter’s Moon. Some answered Blue Moon, which would mean I gave you the answer in the question, but given some places (Wikipedia) mention blue moon is a name, I gave points for it as well.
